- How much does it cost?
- From Rs 1,500 per campus per month for a school of up to 100 children, rising in bands as enrolment grows. PEF partner schools are Rs 1,000 per school per month. Full table on the pricing page.
- Is there a free trial?
- Thirty days, the full product, no card. Most school owners here do not have one and asking for it at signup is a habit from somewhere else.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted automatically. Student, staff, financial and attendance records are never hard-deleted by this system at all. What happens to a lapsed account is decided by a person, and you can ask for an export.
- Will it work on the phones my teachers have?
- That is the design constraint the whole product is built around: an entry-level Android on 3G or 4G in a rural or semi-urban area. Attendance can be marked with no connection at all and sent later.
- Do I need to be a PEF partner school?
- No. PEF compliance is a module on a school management product, not the product. A private school that has never heard of PSRP uses the same admissions, attendance, fees and payroll.
- Can it send SMS to parents?
- Not yet. The messaging is built and there is a parent view in the app, but no SMS gateway is connected — so nothing pretends to send. We would rather say that than take money for it.
- Who can see my school’s data?
- Only your own staff, and only the parts their role allows. Separation between schools is enforced at the database layer and tested, not left to a filter somebody remembered to add.
- Can I import the students I already have?
- Yes, from a CSV. A school with 400 children does not reach anything useful by typing them in.
- Is it available in Urdu?
- The application is bilingual, English and Urdu. This website is currently English only.
- How do I pay?
- Bank transfer, which is how institutional money moves here. You send the transfer and upload the slip; we match it against the statement and confirm it. An invoice is never marked paid on the claim alone.
