What it does, and why it works that way
Every one of these is built and running. Anything we have written but cannot yet stand behind is not on this page.
No card. Thirty days, the whole product.
Attendance in two taps
A teacher marks a whole class from an entry-level phone, on a bad connection, without waiting for anything to load. Marks made offline are kept and sent when the signal comes back.
Student and staff attendance, class by class or in bulk. Half-days, leave and holidays are separate states rather than absences, so the monthly figures are the ones you would defend to an inspector.
Fees, receipts and who has not paid
Fee heads, structures per class, discounts that need a second signature, and a defaulter list that is current rather than a month old.
Receipts are numbered in sequence and cannot be deleted. Money is held to the paisa — no rounding differences that make a month refuse to reconcile.
Payroll, approved by two people
Salary components per member of staff, a run you can check before you commit it, and an approval that the person who prepared it cannot give themselves.
Deductions for unpaid leave come from the attendance you already marked, so the two agree by construction.
Marks, report cards and the timetable
Papers, marks entered class by class, grade boundaries you set, and report cards that are frozen the moment they are issued.
An issued card never changes because you edited a grading scheme in March. It keeps its own copy of every number on it, which is what makes it a document a family can keep.
A parent sees their own child, and only their own child
Attendance, fees due, results once they are issued, and whatever the school has announced.
A parent account is tied to their children. Asking for somebody else’s child is refused outright rather than answered with an empty page.
PEF compliance, if you are a partner school
The monthly enrolment return, the 10th-of-the-month deadline, dropped-out children, and a monitoring register where a finding cannot be closed without evidence and a second person.
Rules are dated, so a score from last term is still explainable after the rules change. Nothing is scored on data nobody recorded — it comes back as “not measurable”, not as a failure.
More than one campus
Campuses, groups of campuses, and staff who can see one, some or all of them.
Who sees what is decided in one place and enforced on every screen and every report, not repeated in each of them.
Nothing important can quietly disappear
Student, staff, financial, attendance and compliance records are never truly deleted — they are marked as removed and stay auditable.
Every write to those records is logged with who did it and when. It is the difference between an answer and an argument when somebody asks what happened in March.
